Ysgol Beca is a Community Primary school in rural West Wales. Our children range from 4 years old to 11 years old. There are 60 pupils on role at present.The area the school serves is not classified as particularly affluent or deprived. The school is presently divided into 3 classes of mixed ages and abilities. Ysgol Beca is not affiliated to any particular area of expertise or interest. However, the school promotes Welsh culture well and has a particular interest in performing and music. The school is an inclusive establishment where 24% of pupils on the Additional Learning needs register. 4% of the pupils have statement of Additional learning needs and 2% of the pupils are physically disabled. The school is a local authority school and therefore followed the national curriculum set out by the Welsh Government.
